OUR PROCESS

All areas and furnishings in your home will be protected with drop cloths

All switch plates, door handles, and window hardware will be removed

Any patched holes will be sanded down to a smooth surface

All walls will be wiped down of dirt and dust before painting

Water stains will be treated and primed

All cracks along door jambs, baseboards, crown molding, etc. will be caulked

Wallpaper removal, if necessary

All areas that are to be painted will be specified in the contract

At the end of each day, any debris as a result of work will be cleaned up

All tools will be cleaned up and placed in a location specified by the homeowner

Each room will be put back together to homeowners preferences

Upon completion of the job, a walk around with the homeowner will be conducted, to ensure complete customer satisfaction
