This month, our team had the opportunity to give back to our local community once again by completing another volunteer painting project at Cross Roads House in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Cross Roads House provides emergency and transitional housing for families and individuals in need, and we were proud to contribute to their mission in a hands-on way.

Our crew refreshed two hallways as well as the family common area, repainting the walls, trim, and ceilings. These high-traffic areas see daily use, and a fresh coat of paint helps brighten and update the environment for the families who rely on these spaces.
As with every project we complete, preparation and attention to detail were key. Even though this was a volunteer effort, the same level of care went into protecting surfaces, repairing imperfections, and ensuring a clean, consistent finish throughout.
We are especially grateful to Johnson Paint in Portsmouth for generously donating all of the paint used for this project. Their support helped make this effort possible and reflects the strong partnerships that exist within our local business community.
A special thank you to our team members who led and completed the work: Dylan, Liz, Brody, and Nick. Their craftsmanship and commitment to quality represent what Granite State Painters stands for on every project, in every setting.
We are proud to support the important work being done at Cross Roads House and thankful for the opportunity to contribute to our Seacoast community.
