Painting with Purpose: Granite State Painters at Crossroads House

At Granite State Painters, we take pride in the work we do in homes and businesses across New Hampshire and Maine - but some of the most meaningful projects are the ones where we can give back.

Recently, our team had the opportunity to donate time and services to Crossroads House, a homeless shelter in Portsmouth, NH that provides shelter, support, and hope to individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

We spent the day on site refreshing several interior spaces with a fresh coat of paint - a small gesture that we hope brings some comfort and brightness to both the residents and the hardworking staff who support them every day. Our crews showed up with energy, focus, and a real sense of purpose, and it was incredible to see everyone come together to make a difference.

It was more than just a painting project - it was a chance to contribute to a space where dignity and care are prioritized, and we’re grateful to have played a small part in that mission.

Check out the photos below to see our team in action!

Big thanks to the team at Crossroads House for the important work they do every day -and to our amazing crew for representing Granite State Painters with skill and heart. 💙
